The situation

A top-tier pan-African management consultancy wanted the whole firm using AI well, without the risks reaching clients.

What we did

Five sessions built on their own client work: deep research, source-grounded drafting, verification, and spreadsheet-scale analysis. Risks first, then techniques, with a whole session on checking the AI’s work claim by claim. What they learned in the room went straight into the next deliverable.

What we did

A conversational onboarding interview that turns a founder’s answers and documents into a structured profile, a maturity scorecard, and investment matching across six funding types, retrieval-augmented over their own documents. Evaluation defined before the build; integrated and used to scale the programme’s offering.
